Your work email is needed to answer you; without it we cannot handle the request. The other fields are optional. We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not send newsletters unless you ask for them separately.
Your data is handled by Krateo staff who need it for the purposes above, and by these providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements:
We do not sell your data. We may disclose it to public authorities when the law requires it.
Some of these providers belong to groups based in the United States, so data may be accessed from outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, for certified companies, or by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards in place.
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
